This month’s Café turned out to be a cracker thanks to our three fabulous speakers!:

- Dr Tim Needham – Earthquakes in Yorkshire
- Dr Lisa Methven – Umami, the fifth taste
The audience played their part too, firing out many challenging questions to our scientists, keeping them on their toes!
